Deidre's Salsa Verde

Get about 6 to 10 (depending on size) of tomatillo's. They have a peeling over them... Peel the rough crispy layer off... Wash , cut , then throw into cuisinart or blender
I large sweet onion.., peel , cut , throw into the mix
1 bushel of cilantro ... Cut off ends and throw into the mix
1 med size jar of jalepeno's... Drain (You can use fresh jalapeno like I did but make sure the seeds do not slip in there or your mouth will be on fire)(if you go the " jar " way then maybe try 1/2 jar and taste before tossing the whole thing in there if you dont like things too spicy)
1 to 2 garlic cloves peeled and cut (you can also use minced garlic or garlic powder if you do not have garlic but fresh garlic takes it to a whole new level:-)
I also added in some cherry type tomatoes to add some red color in since we both like it red

Once everything is in cuisinart/blender then blend...Salt to your taste

Purée (now for Asbel/I we like salsa to have a few chunks so when I blend I don't puree all the way, its like a puree texture with a few chunks throughout it-thats the way we like it)

It will make your ears wiggle, incredible salsa!
